Founded by Dr. Joseph Rossi, North Penn Animal Hospital opened in 1996 with a staff of only three. Today, the staff of NPAH includes 6 doctors and over 30 support staff. Our knowledgeable and friendly staff is dedicated to providing advanced medical care in a caring environment.
