
A Message to our North Penn Animal Hospital Family:
The most important goal of our hospital has, and always will be, providing the highest quality care for your animals. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, the availability of our doctors and support staff has been significantly reduced, which will temporarily require us to make prioritizations in the patients that we can see.
For the next two weeks, we will need to reschedule check-ups and routine visits to so that we can ensure we have adequate resources dedicated to sick and emergency situations. Our staff is working diligently to reschedule any appointments impacted by this temporary change and will contact all impacted clients accordingly.
In addition, we will temporarily not be taking on any additional new clients to ensure that our team is focused entirely on our loyal NPAH clients.
We want to keep your pets healthy and will continue to be open for food purchases and medication refills, including flea and tick and heartworm preventatives.
We greatly appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
